You are welcome to attend and interact with the poster presenters on both of these occasions. The poster areas are also open for viewing throughout official Congress hours.

Poster set-up

Posters can be set-up on Thursday 3 September between 17.00 and 20.00 or on Friday 4 September during the scheduled coffee and refreshment breaks in the Congress program. Poster tubes must not be left behind anywhere.

Posters must be dismantled on Monday 7 September between 12.30 (start of lunch) and 15.40 (end of the final break). All posters remaining after this time will be disposed of.

A dedicated poster panel will be assigned to each presenter. Each panel will include a header sticker displaying the poster number, a QR code to view your digital poster, and the symbol indicating your allocated poster presentation session (olive trees or sardines). Please ensure your printed poster matches the assigned poster number on-site.

Only paper posters are allowed. Fabric posters are not permitted. Mounting materials will be available in the poster area, and staff will be present to assist if needed. Posters must be A0 size (1189 x 841 mm) and in portrait format.

Presenters are responsible for arranging and collecting their own printed poster.
